Tammy was a pleasure to work with. She wasn’t over bearing like a lot of sales floor people can be. She greeted us and let us know where she could be found but also stayed within an earshot just in case (but not in a hovering type of way) and when we started to look for measurements she was readily with a measuring tape. When we had questions she had answers. I know a lot of times sales people have tactics and things they are taught to generate more sales but sometimes just being friendly and being your self is the best option.

Walked in and was greeted by Tammy Gallagher. Told her exactly what we were looking for and the budget. She took us to exactly what we were looking for and needed. Within an hour she had helped us find our two recliners and had us checked out and on our way! She was friendly and kind and helpful!

My sister Gale and I went to Steinhafel's shopping for my recliners. We were greeted by Tammy Gallager, who was very friendly and extremely helpful. Tammy was patient and informed. Within less than an hour, I found two beautiful recliners and purchased them. I'm very happy!!! Thank you Tammy!

After our online research, my client and I came in with an idea of the furniture we are interested in. The manager, Frank, and another sales person, Judith were very helpful in locating exactly what we were looking for. They are both knowledgeable about their products, looked up some leather and cushion details that we were asking about, and the whole experience went very smoothly. My client will take delivery of his furniture next week. This could not have been easier. Or a more pleasant experience.

I recently visited two Steinhafels locations while shopping for a new bed and mattress, and the experiences couldn’t have been more different. At the Greenfield store, the service was disappointing. When we walked in, there were multiple employees at the front, but no one greeted us or offered assistance. We browsed on our own and even on the way out, there was still no acknowledgment. It left a poor impression and made us feel overlooked. We then visited the Oak Creek location, and the experience completely turned around. We were greeted right away by Nick, who immediately asked what we were looking for and guided us to the right section. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our preferences and helped us find exactly what we needed. His approach was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to Nick, we ended up making a purchase and left feeling confident and satisfied. Great customer service makes all the difference!

We had an amazing experience working with Jennifer at Steinhafels. From the very first time we came in two weeks ago, she took the time to walk us through everything, answer all our questions, and truly help us find the best options for what we needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Because of her, we felt confident coming back to make our purchase. When we returned, Nick greeted us and helped us briefly for a few minutes before we had to step out momentarily. When we came back, Jennifer was there again and continued helping us, just like before, making sure everything was taken care of and that we were getting exactly what we needed. While checking out, we happened to overhear that the commission would be split. We want to be clear that we’re not trying to get anyone in trouble—we just feel that Jennifer was the one who truly dedicated her time and effort to helping us throughout the entire process, across both visits. Jennifer made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate everything she did for us and would highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

My salesman, Nick, was great. No pressure, able to see exactly what I wanted at a comparable price. Steinhafels has a great reputation and from my past experiences they were very honest helpful and able to what they promised. Have not had delivery yet but I don’t expect any issues.
